Canadian Conference on Medical Education

At this year’s Canadian Conference on Medical Education in Ottawa, Michiko Maruyama, a third-year medical student at the University of British Columbia Northern Medical Program, presented an academic poster titled “The Role of Universal Language in Patient Communication and Instruction for the use of the Burn Survival Kit: A High-Tech Algorithm for Low-Income Countries”.
